Mikey Taylor’s new Etnies model, The Taylor LS, is a low-top version of his first shoe, The Taylor. Like Mikey says, “You don’t always need a lot of padding for skating… if you’re skating ledges, tranny, just kinda like low impact stuff, thinner shoes are better.”

We shot these on the top of our trusty Nikai microwave at the warehouse. We sometimes like to heat up burrito’s in there. Other times, we think it serves as a good spot to show off our new kicks!

The Etnies skate team recently just won the latest Skate&Create event hosted by Transworld Skateboarding. Five teams had to create their own obstacles, and film everything in a short period of time. Etnies came out with an amazing video and craziest overall idea. Check it out on the etnies website!
