Dubai Desert Extreme (DDE) is happy to announce that we will be having 2010’s, DDE AM CHAMPS in Abu Dhabi this year.

This is a very important event for us this year, as we are celebrating Dubai Desert Extremes 10th anniversary!

The DDE AM CHAMPS 2010 will be held at the Adrenaline Sports Live (ASL) event in Abu Dhabi at the ADNEC building. The competition will be held indoors, away from the scorching heat!

Adrenaline Sports Live, sponsored by Rani, is the regions only festival for adrenaline fueled sports!

The DDE AM CHAMPS will be held over a 3 day split on OCTOBER 7th, 8th and 9th. DDE will be holding both a Skateboard and BMX competition. If you cant make it down on the 1st day of the event, don’t worry, its just a practice session on the 1st day.

We will also be having an appearance from Stereo rider, Clint Peterson, along with a few other special guest appearances from both skateboard and BMX riders.

We will be providing Bus transport from Dubai to Abu Dhabi over the 3 day split on October 7th, 8th and 9th.

RAGE 2009 DUBAI DESERT EXTREME AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIPS - BMX FINALS

The DSF Skate and BMX series has finished! The finals were unbelievable! There was a huge turnout and loads of support from the crowd. The skateboard and BMX competitors battled it out for four weeks to try and score as many points as possible. At stake per division were Dhs1,000 worth of vouchers for first, Dhs700 for second and Dhs300 for third. Plus loads and loads of Rage goods!

The BMX competition got better and better every week. The level of BMX at the competition got to its highest standard for the finals, with everyone going really big to rip up the park.

The juniors have been the highlight of the whole competition. Seeing such young talented skaters gives some indication how good the future generation of Dubai skaters will be.

The pro final was the apex of anticipation for the Spanky vs Colm battle. With first place being given to each of them regularly, the finals were an opportunity to raise the bar. Both riders came with massive tricks and bags of style. After four weeks of all the pro’s skating hard it came the finals to bring the best of their tricks. Peep the results.
